Dorota and Vanya welcome their baby. Jenny faces the consequences of her acts. Serena and Nate comes to a decision about their relationship. Chuck has a proposal to Blair, but would she be able to get at the Empire State Building at the right time? Meanwhile, Georgina is back…and she drops a bomb on Dan’s life.

Title comes from the 1972 film Last Tango in Paris.
