Tips to Watch Videos
We try our best to find working good quality videos from stable and reliable sources. Some video links might not work for you, either they are removed from the source or they do not stream for your geographical area.
Please use the “Report broken” feature to notify us of any dead videos. We will try to replace/fix the issue as soon as possible.
Slow buffering
Lagging videos are frustrating. Particularly this is the case for videos streaming from youku.com and sina.com.cn. The best solution is to buffer the video for 5 or 10 minutes and then start watching.
Did a survey but no video
Please report it and include an email address in the optional field if possible. We will fix the video link(s) and let you know. Usually it won’t take more than 24 hours.
